Buying Buying Websites with Adsense earnings Steady.

I would like to buy websites earning with Adsense (Budget 50 - 125), my requirement is as below:
1. Legit sites (nothing that violates Adsense TOS - including: no forbidden niches, or no DUPLICATE CONTENT will not be accepted)
2. Monthly income's from $30-$40/month (steadily for at least 3 months - proofs included)
3. Provide Google Analytics & Google Adsense access (It's a MUST, if you can't fulfill DO NOT CONTACT ME.)
4. Most Traffic must come from organic (at least 90%), NOT referral
5. Please DON'T comment here, PM me your sites Please.
I will never respond to those who post their sites here in the thread.

What a shame to this community as this is asking for impossible things.
To OP: Your list of requirement is too high and budget is too low. a site with $40 steady monthly income, 90% organic traffic and all unique content will cost you $800-$1000.
People whoever will sell that these kind of site at $50 (or even at $125) will lose money and OP will make money by reselling that site (without even doing any kind of work).
If you are here to do business offer a reasonable price.
OP doesn't want any trail of the site being traded as he/she will resell that site on DP or Flippa taking full credit that the site was entirely developed by him/her.

And lastly: Sites with 90%+ organic traffic has lots of potential, and just by publishing a few more articles earning can jump up to $100-$200 per month.
So sellers: Keep these points in account (I am not saying donot sell your $1000 site at $50, because it's eventually your site and you can do whatever you wish).

I do have sites but you can't afford them. And lastly you will ask sites at 2x-3x monthly earning, and expect members of this rich-community will not say anything!! If you want that then you need to create your own forum where rules will be set by you only.

 

Okay your just ranting, I said it was an error and for this and my max is $1250 many people sell their sites for many reasons as well as your site can be earning but the (overhead) expenses can make it much less . I can afford all your sites. Commenting here, I know you can read if the have something for sale pm me. If not create your own thread and bump your gums there all day about what some else should do and what you assume they are going to do. (Call the dp police)

I buy them from here or other places, correct. You sound silly AS there is no crime in buying sites and selling THEM, I am sure you do the same maybe on a smaller scale. You are offering 8-12 times less than what it deserves. Even if the seller don't know the value of his/her site, it's duty of the buyer is to offer an amount so that nobody gets ripped off. And in This thread the sellers are getting ripped off.
