    Haha, what a laf.

I think it's a nice forum...and lovely template as well. I can see nothing you need to improve...although maybe if you wanted to increase revenue, you could insert an ad block just below the nav bar.

    Good work!

    LOL yep definitely a forum!

On the design side it looks great.
Having a look at the stats, theres not many posts given the amount of members. Maybe some paid posting would get a bit more activity happening. Only if you have the money available to do so ofcourse.

For that matter,... does anyone have experience with paying posters for their efforts to attract more posters? Does such a strategy pay off?

    Personally no.

In theory, I think it would. If it is more active, and there's more to look at, more people will come back. Again, that's just in theory!

iv tryed ads under the navbar, i only seem to get a few clicks and i think i would need a lot more traffic to start earning from that.

I think i could do with traffic and content mainly, so paid posting is probally an idea.

    Thanks for your input everyone

The only problem I had was opening the main page. It opened rather slow the first time (all other pages were fine).

it is good example of vbulletin forums . i suggest you to remove sessionid from your url , it makes your site difficult to crawl by search engines
