Yahoo, AOL, ASK, Yandex, Baidu. But, I will agree with @Johnolo, something is going on out there. ;)

I get just as much traffic from Yandex and Baidu as I do from Bing, but have never been to either of those sites and have never seen them mentioned outside my server stats. I personally do not use any of the normal search engines unless I am having trouble finding something and am forced to resort to a search engine that hands my info over to the government. I try to primarily use duckduckgo.com for my personal searches.

I think after Google and bing search engine Yahoo is major one. But it is difficult to say that which search engine helps to drive traffic your website because there are so many search engine available on Internet.

The question you have to ask yourself is what traffic Baidu is delivering. I suspect that is where most of my Chinese spammers come from.

I do not get any spammers, The bounce rate for traffic from bing is just 23% , average time is 3:48 minutes, pages surfed is 3, so You can not say its spammers I think

What about http://www.baidu.com/ ? Somebody recently mentioned on this forum that he submitted his site to baidu and was literally overwhelmed with the flow of traffic from it.

YOu don't mention what the site is to which you're trying to push traffic or what the goal of the traffic is-- be it digital or physical products. The problem is that unless you're global in nature or have a strictly online storefront and don't mind shipping to anywhere in the world, submitting to some of these engines is nothing more than traffic-- it is not well targeted and in many cases, when customers of mine have done this, they end up with very little more than an astronomical bounce rate and no sales. I like DuckDuckGo and a few other alternative ones, but in many cases, my sites and client sites get as much from pinterest and facebook as they do from the lesser search engines and it's far better targeting than the others. Is this an affiliate site or something along those lines where just any traffic may be good traffic?
