Becuase you specifically agreed in the contract that you had with Adsense that if you are banned that you would not do that. They also specifically say in the banning email that you are no longer permitted to take part in adsense!!!!!! So if you open another account in your or someones else's name, how is that NOT fraud?
Well its a fraud as you are faking yourself in front of google. You said your 2nd account was banned right away, it seems like the problem is with your site ( content, traffic source etc ). Make sure it follows all the rules of AdSense. You always have alternatives to AdSense
It's not a fraud. Using someone else's name for an Adsense account is nowhere near being a fraud, can be a family member, I don't see anything wrong with it, neither would google, they would not even be able to ban you because they wouldn't have a solid reason. I had no issues with my content, no adult material or anything that would be against their TOS. Are you sure? Most people have an eCPM of $2 - $5 with Adsense while most other CPM/CPC networks pay 10 times less, I've tried 20 of them so I know what I'm talking about.
Well by alternatives I mean that you can do Affiliate marketting or sell direct advertisements which pays a lot. Recently ShoutMeLoud got a 650$ advertisement from X-themes for just one month. So you can always try your hands on it if you have good traffic and content.
Yeah, private advertising seems to be the highest paying these days, most CPM networks pay peanuts/ 1000 visitors. Btw ShoutMeLoud has a huge amount of traffic, $650 for a banner is quite low.
Its IS FRAUD. Once you are banned you are no longer allowed to participate in Adsense. You agreed to that in the contract you had with adsense. As you are breaking that contract --> that is the very definition of fraud!
You are right! Some people get banned without any mistake or without any invalid activity, isn't that unfair? Really it is and creating a new account with same name isn't a fraud. Assume that you never had an adsense account before and you are creating a new adsense account for the first time. If Google really wanted to stop this they would have used ID proof or bank account no. or something else that confirms a person identity. But, no they don't want, they want want earn more money, they are doing business, its not harming them financially any way, does it?
Google are not stupid. They want to keep as many publishers as they can. They NEVER disable account unless they have a good reason. Unfair to who? Those who pay the good money for the adverts that were getting scammed with the invalid traffic? Of course its fraud! You agreed in your contract with Google when you joined that you will not open another account if disabled or banned - if you open another account, then that is fraud! Of course they are not. Some people do invalid activity intentionally and they deserve a ban. But what about people who got click bombed? Unfair to those who never done any fraud or illegal and still got banned. If it's fraud when they use same info as of their banned account and when they try to signup with same info google kick them off but if they use different info google will never. And how google will know whose the person using that account? Same person already got banned or a someone totally new to adsense.
Yes; as their site is still putting those that pay the money at risk! Its still fraud. Any lawyer will tell you that! A ban is a ban; and trying to sneak back in using different names/ID is a worse form of fraud. Any lawyer will tell you that. Get a lawyer to explain the contract that you agreed to with Google.
You may be right but here we need to answer to OP's question i.e. Can we create another account? Yes you can! and if google cares to stop this they should start a new way to approve account. If they do, people will stop doing this or will find a new way or find another alternative.
