Seems like all traffic came from search engines but wondering if it a good start price. I mean, without content, I'm sure this domain is worthless since all contents published at carparkinggames.com already get better ranking.

 

If you think this domain is worthless than you don't know what you are talking about. Obviously you are NOT a potential buyer, the domain alone is worth $x,xxx. Did you see search term? The search term contain the domain name keyword NOT in specific game title.

Just remember: one man trash is another man's treasure .... NOTHING is worthless

 

I'm not sure if your domain can be sold here at such price. You probably wish to sell it at Flippa which is lot of potential buyers. "WorthLess" doesn't mean no value but as I said the value less than what you think.

 

That was a bit snarky, and I have to disagree. If you're simply after cheap traffic, then yes wipe the content throw up LinkJuice Keeper and be good with it. If you're looking for a more authority style site the existing content is what makes it valuable. If it really is a valuable domain, selling it through an agent will make you much more money.
