Yes adsense accounts can get approved in Pakistan. I get approved adsense account on my of my site last month.

Yes its still Getting Approved, but the only problem is they are now a days much strict in Approving Adsense Fron India and Pakistan, hope you might be knowing that Google had banned 300000+ Adsense accounts last year within a week for Spam Activity on Pakistan and Indian Publisher Accounts. So its a bit tough but people are getting it still, Best of luck.

Look bro i dont want to achieve any thing, I have read some where in the past thats the only stuff i have recalled and thought to share, Or even am not interested to write the bluff here.... It was happened, right now i dont have a spare time to come up with a proof to keep on searching, but if you are just go through Product forum and you will get the answer..... Due to that reason only Adsense Got Strict when it comes to Asian Publisher.... So now you have two options either believe it or start your search on Google Product forum and you will get your answer... or else am here and for sure will give you that link as well... all i need is a shit of time to search that Info..... A small reason what i still remember were - All accounts were under scanner for Clicking their own ads/ Group of people doing clicking on their site ads.... thrashes are welcome...
