Have you ever noticed that when you kind of stalk some one, or the number of people on whose profile you keep an eye on, their updates tend to appear on your wall. So its the same case with your page. You need to have other people share your posts, which will make other people see your posts.

Well... Recently, I saw a video in which it was described that people from India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Egypt, Philipines like the pages without any reason. They also mentioned that most of these likes are fake and like the page without any reason and never comment or engage on your page.

    You can try few tricks:

    1. Try posting stuff like whoever read this post comment and make the post interesting.
    2. You can offer your fans to like, Share and comment the post and win a prize in return (Running a give away or contest)

It will help in future engagements, just my 2cents. And I think with over 100k likes you wouldn't mind a little investment.

Technically you can't do that, you are not allowed to reward users for liking your page or posts.

The random fake likes are a smokescreen for the paid likes so that their behaviour doesn't stand out when facebook scans for fraudulent behaviour.

Everyone does it even the big companies run giveaways and contests on daily basis for engagement!

These are actually not "fake" likes these are original users, but they never engage on the posts. You can say having a Digital Point account just for reading information, never commenting and never engaging. You will get these kinds of like when you a run a paid campaign on facebook and we cannot rule them out.

As long the competition is off site then it's legal... It's still breaking TOS though to encourage engagement on posts by rewarding for actions. I barely see competitions anymore actually, I used to see a shit load of the scam ones... Facebook are more lenient than Google in advertising practices though, for example I can use BullShit when promoting my app's/games, but on Google I can't even use B.S or BS in an ad'.

Exactly, Facebook ads is a spam haven and perfectly works for people who are fraudulent or promoting very low quality stuff. Our discussion is going off-topic, but I think this will help the OP in getting some engagement to his facebook page.

If you want to work things out legitimately, then I would recommend using the facebook "boost" post option that increases the reach of your post.
