Non-Refundable payment options?

    As we know paypal doesnt allow gifts or donation for india which sucks.
    I want to sell a gamming account to a person, trust me i am legit but the other party may not be they can ask for refund from paypal and we know selling accounts are not very legal so i want to know which other website allows paypal payment option but they can accept paypal money which is not refundable and the party can easly pay via paypal.
    I dont have any website and i should be able to withdraw the payment via my bank account or can transfer to my paypal something like that.
    I know this is a lame question you guys may think i am a idiot to ask this type of question on this forum but i have searched a lot and couldn't come to a solution.
    The transaction will be around 20$ or so its 1 or 2 time thing in a month. :3

    Bitcoins are pain to convert to paypal then transfer to bank.
    Any other options mate?
