    That is not going to happen many people use VCC for verification. u can open a thread for that.

    epay.vg charges more and also they are late. Big process. i am guarantee u in 30 min max. It depends on the 4 digit so i say 1-2 hrs but for my other clients i have done in less than 30 min.

    Okay many are asking abt the process let me explain this

    1) Transfer a min $5 to my paypal (if u don't believe transfer $5 if u belive transfer the amount decided in pm directly) This amount is used for paypal verification fees. I know it is high but paypal deduct on transfer and also i have to be assured.
    2) I will provide u with the vcc info (but not 4 digit) which is sufficient for the registration after which paypal will request for 4 digit transaction code.
    3) Transfer the defined amount or offer to me
    4) I will provide the 4 digit.

    Max time 1hr i commit 30 min. (The process should start!)
    Please do not post untill i finish there might be problem like Electricity and ISP for that i have to wait. So u should. I have done business with other guys too. I am here for Reputation and name not deal or money. It is a service fee i am charging. No third party Involved. This is a Legal and legit way.
    Further if u want a 100% proof and etc stuff pm me.
