How to get my tech blog listed in Google News?

    I want to get my website(s) to appear in Google News. I already have an existing blog which is 3 years old but is hardly making any income through adsense. I now plan to use this 'old' blog and buy a 'new' domain and post regularly 'after' getting into google news.

    Should I already be having several hundred articles in the blog even before applying for google news? What's the criteria for applying? Should I SEO optimize for certain keywords?

    What points should I follow/not follow?

    Awaiting helpful answers and tips.

    There is no way to List your blog or website in Google News, Until Google allow it.

    Just write Rich and unique contents, It will automatically attract Google. My blog blog was also on Google news for just one day. So, Focus on your content.

    No, there's for sure some other way to get into google news 'permanently'. There are a few sites that are in the news for a very long time. Some of them are even PR 0 and hardly have even 100 articles posted but are still in google news for several keywords. This is what I'm trying to figure out HOW.

    I think there is no need to optimized your blog for search engines for getting listed on search engines just few basics needed, you must be write great content that's why Google Algo will rank your blog there but you must increase your social shares then it would be easier.

    Just provide great content in your blog, If google find rich content in your blog then it automatically index your blog.
