Has anyone here been able to re-open a new Adsense Publisher account after being banned? They've banned my account long ago without a clear reason.
To open another account after being banned is fraud. Adsense will ban it as soon as its detected and they reserve the right to pursue further action against you for opening another account. If you want back, you need to appeal the original banning. As you appear to not know what that was for, then there is no prospect for you.
Google have your details of the banned account on file, Name, Address, website etc. By opening a new account, they will see the information mates and will ban your new account(s) too
That's what actually happened, I used the same information (address, name etc) They don't respond to my appeals though. I guess that opening a new account on someone else's name is the only way to get a new account.
Of course that is what happened! you were told NOT to open a new ccount when you were disabled. They must have had some very good reason for that! That is fraud.
You can make new Adsense account with new email without any Problem you say Google not clear for banned your profile this not true i think Google send you mail with resign for banned your account you sure get mail from Google.
Care to explain how you actually do that without committing fraud? Google reserve the right to purse further action against those that do this as well as ban the new account when detected.
yes you are right but there are no problem if you make new account with new id and Google have approve this. if there any problem then Google not approved your account
That absolute bullshit! If you have a banned account, then opening another account is fraud! Read the contract that you agreed to with Google when you join and what they say in the email that they ban you with!
I think there are some mistake in understanding i m use adsense account sines last 2 year after banned my first adsense account with new website and new email but same name and address. Adsense paid me more then 10 times and there are no problem .
As soon as Google finds out or detects that you have done this you will be banned - you have just been lucky that your fraud has not yet been detected. They also reserve the right to take further action for you fraudulent behavior.

Don't count your chickens before they hatch. Those that deliberately set out to deceive and commit fraud will always get caught in the end.
Opening an account on someone else's name is not fraud, I don't see how this would be fraud I see that some people are actually able to open new accounts under the same name and address. Google has sent me an email but it was complet BULL. (nothing made sense in their email)
