    Note:     The site was previously listed for sale here. So had to bump the old thread instead of creating new listing.

    Why are you selling this site?
    Have a full time job and don't have time to maintain the site.

    How is it monetized?
    Google Adsense

    Does this site come with any social media accounts?
    Yes. Has Facebook page with 722 likes

    How much time does this site take to run?
    I spend around 2-3 hours per day to reply to comments and manage the website.

    What challenges are there with running this site?
    Site got sudden surge in traffic when we published few articles on upcoming 4G operator Jio. Not sure how long this increased traffic will last.

    I need to see somehow google analytics or histats report, this "images" just don't tell anything. how can we be sure the traffic is not manipulated?

    Yes I can give sub domain blog if you want. There are over 100 articles on the website with over 70% of them unique.

    I have attached the Google Analytics data. Also see the Google Acquisition data which shows 93% visitors from organic search. Also see the wordpress.com stat which also shows refer as search engine.

    If you want I can give you any proof you ask. My site has 100% genuine search engine visitors. I have never done any advertisement or any promotion for this site.

    See my above reply to korfezli1966 for Google Analytic data.

    I know the price is high. But if see the earnings it is significantly lower for a 1500+ view site. This is because the site has only 2 ads. I don't have time to optimize the site for better revenue. If you maintain the site well you could earn at least $100 per month.
