Contest 72hr Logo contest - $35 paid via Paypal

    This contest is a professional logo for a nonprofit trade association that works with home care and hospice providers. They are looking for a design for for one of their affiliate organizations called the "Center for Community Based Care" (CCBC).

    CCBC deals with home health and end of life care so they are concerned that the design be professional and uplifting as its a serious subject. In addition, they would like to avoid using houses, doves, butterflies, etc.. from the logo as they feel that they are over used in home care and hospice logos. They did mention heart and hands as possible part of the logo but as I said they are open other than the items listed above.

    Depending on how the finished logo looks they may use it as a design for a new Ohio specialty license plate benefiting their organization (see attached image) so they have asked for the size to be no more than 2.5" wide and 3.25" tall, they will also need a vector art copy with PMS colors and fonts.

    Please post entries in the thread so I can share with my client to speed up feedback and responses. Contest will end Thursday, March 13 @ 3pm EST. Winner will be paid via PayPal at end of contest. Thanks and looking forward to your entries.

    Thanks for the entry. Just one main concern with the design. The wavy line looks like a heartbeat that is flat-lining and is probably not appropriate for a group working with hospice patients. :)

    Good design. Could you rotate the rand a little to the left and we probably don't need the small heart between the two fingers. Looks like its being pinched. :) Thanks!

    I like this one a lot. A couple of questions:
    1. can you change the font of "CCBC" to Bookman Old Style.
    2. is the color purple or blue? the clients other logo is purple so that would be a nice match.
    3. anyway to change the wrist at the end that runs into the border. the curve makes it look a little skinny. Could just be me.
    Definitely a good option for the client.
