300x250 ad size viewed on a mobile device and fall back to another ad network (and the adnetwork is getting most of the adviews at the moment)

I get a lot of impressions and not many clicks due to the placement of the advert but today it seems they all went to my alternative advert.

Even when I tried the 300x50 adverts it was getting a very low fill rate and I could not get it to accept an alternative ad (it shows in the interface but never gets called and I get PSA adverts) which I emailed them about and no response (so I gave up on them)

I've been checking your site the past 4 days and I haven't been able to find our ads on the mobile site nor on the desktop version at all so I'm wondering where your impressions were coming from?

 

Ok i know there is a low mobile inventory but it sounds like there is an issue with the rectangle. i will check on that

Alright, I only have android devices and an ipad so I didn't see it on either of those.

Anyways, what I recommend is for 1 day try without the pass through tag and see what happens. As it appears there is a small glitch in our system making to only serve up your tag instead of ours.

 

Also.. I've removed the ads at the moment and replaced them with the alternative ads at the moment until you can figure out why there is such a low fill rate..

1st Feb 66K impressions, 35 clicks

17 Feb 70K impressions, 8 clicks
18 Feb 69K impessions, 0 clicks

yes a low CTR but due to the location of the ads it will be low. The reason I noticed it was my alternative ads started paying today a lot more than they used yesterday and today. Having the Fill rate on your website might help showing customers as most people wouldn't notice

 

I just removed the alt iframe but its still using it.. How long does it take to remove?

 

Takes upto an hour for the changes to appear across the board but for some countries it will be instant.

Again, I apologize for the issues.

 

Its working now.. but the EPC has gone down to a 1/5 of what it was when I first started :-( and with that EPC/eCPM its better to use someone else.

Also it would be great to know the Fill Rate each day as not knowing makes it basically impossible to know how profitable you are. Getting the Alt ad code working correctly would let me know.. but you say its broken..

Since it was the weekend that is the reason for the delay. You should be hearing back today about it.

Edit: I heard back from accounting. Your tax form was received and there is no issues and your payments will be sent on schedule
