NO! These are good tools for getting penalties. If the backlink isn't natural, Google views it as manipulating their search results. Because this is against their TOS...you can "fill in the blank" as to the result.

I have "understood your question". People acquire unnatural backlinks, and "commenting" for backlinks on several sites is trying to manipulate the search results. Just a warning, whether you believe me or not doesn't matter to me. Good luck!
Using any "tool" to comment spam is about as effective as trying to win a marathon by cutting your legs off and then shooting yourself in the face.
Just dont go for shitty comment links etc.... Try and generate a really great piece of content that will be shared by other sites in your niche.. Then outreach to these sources and see if they will publish a snippet and a backlink. Even if you get a few links using that method, they will be worth 1million times what all those comment spam links will be worth.
