I just sent emails to both: my programmer and site's owner. If the site listed this script illegally, I will force them to shut down immediately. I don't think the programmer tried to scam me, but because I ordered the script long time ago (used under different domains, and recently I changed to girlby.com since I thought it fitted best the script), i need to contact both for confirmation!

Dear, I don't have a big programmers team, guy, I just focus on Infographic/Graphic designing. Instead, I just hired this programmer once in the past to make the script for me.
Anyway, I wanna wait for both responses from 2 sides before answering some questions in this auction. Yesterday, the scriptidea.net owner quickly replied to my email and confirmed that the script ownership belonged to him. My programmer, on the other hand, still didn't reply to me, but I suspect he wouldn't concern about this anymore.
Well, it's my mistake not to carefully check the script before listing for sale. So I decided to stop this auction to protect bidders. However, if anyone take interest in this site (domain + script), please don't hesitate to PM me for an offer.
