Regarding sign ups, there is a software that records when someone sign up to the site, but there is a possibility that person does not confirm their e-mail address. When someone sign up, I count as sign up, regardless of confirmation. I generate guaranteed sign ups, puting customer advertisement on some sites in form of text ad, among other textual advertisements, from other customers, then send massive traffic to these sites, using different traffic methods. Regarding traffic packages, they are only pop-under. Thank you.
