Cigarettes are also bad for your sexual health. It damages your balls. It is the main cause of erectile dysfunction. Think about it how your life would be if you couldn't get it hard. Probably the only benefit of smoking Cigarettes is that it speeds up your thinking process for a while so your brains works faster.
There are better ways to achieve that though ie. stims They should use what you said in the first sentence in anti smoking campaigns. I wouldn't want to imagine how that would be lol.
I smoke about a pack a day. (Cigs) When I get stressed, it's more then a pack. Usually the stress is because of my job. lol

I use to be a 25 - 30 day smoker but managed to give it up 8 years ago. I tried a few different methods but in the end I watch a doco on Allen Carr who wrote the book Stop Smoking the easy way. After reading it just clicked in my head and from that day on I have not had one puff at all. Best thing I have done ever!
Then call me habitual, but it's cool cause I have a doctor's note, so technically speaking I'm just medicating.
