    Hi guys,

    I am looking to sell my domain, gamingfan.com The domain alone is valued at $1,700 by Estibot, but have had it valued at around $1,000 by a few big name domainers.

    Onto the site, it gets 1.4k monthly uniques, 40k+ page views which can all be verified to SERIOUS buyers.

    The site use to make around $200 but I removed adsense. However, currently it makes $100-$150 through donations, VIP membership and Amazon Affiliates, again this can be verified to SERIOUS BUYERS.

    The forum has 1,082 members and growing and is already quite active but with the right management and time, this can be increased 10 fold.

    Since I can not view the forum just yet :) and by looking at the pic, it really looks outdated....
    If the stats are as he says, then I would only make a blind bid of around $500 - he has
    already stated that he got the domain valued at $1,000 - I have to go with that....

    You guys try making a brand new forum and see how well it goes. The domain is valued at $1,000, give or take hundred either way. Not selling for less than $1,000.

    Who valued the domain name? Those free websites that value domain names are a joke and are never accurate not even close! I'd give it a little value for being 10 years old but not that much. Why did you remove AdSense was it banned from there for any reason?

    I might be interested but not going to throw $1000 at this.
