Buying Need someone to make my website responsive

I already have a website, it's a portfolio website.
I need some to make this responsive as it currently doesn't appear very well on mobile devices. Can I please have prices aswell.

Well the general expectation is this, but then maybe he is not a web related programming coder/ programmer.
And we also know then Back-end programmers also take help from frontend designer & coder since it's not there area of expertise.

Yup, he didn't even take the time to change the text in the template! He just adjusted it to remove the copyright of the original designer.
