Not sure if I should develop a blog on comparing the trending hookah vape thing to traditional hookahs.. Or an online store for e-hookahs..

    What would you guys do?
And do you think the domain is worth Anything alone? It's brand new.

    Thanks.

Not really sure how much an EMD affects things, from what I've learned you would have to have really good blog content but the key words "electric hookah" have 5,400 searches a month

I would say it's worth what you paid to register it then. The .com is not even developed, just parked.

Develop it, get traffic and revenue, then sell it after 6-12 months.

Check if it's parked? Type the domain into the address bar and press enter. I also did a whois on the domain to see not just if it's registered, but when. There are more checks I usually do, but I am feeling lazy. Mainly due to the fact that 99% of the time, a domain has little value without development. Or it is worth what an end user is willing to pay. If I put myself in the shoes of an end user, then I would come up with another .com, a brandable rather than keyword domain. Or a ccTLD if it was for a specific country (but I would register the .com too and redirect it).
