Where To Setup/Change Post Image In Blogger Template?

I just about got the theme figured out, but I can not figure out how to change
the post image. I see the url in the xml, but how do i setup a unique image for each post?

Make some 2-3 posts more with images. If theme supports it, the image will be shown.

 

Do not reallly need too...I seen the demo, and each post had a unique image...
If I post multiple posts, then the same image appears over and over....
that img code at the top of the xml is obviously the default img...
but there should be away to setup unique img per post, as I can
clearly see this in the demo that does exactly just that....

 

without seeing demo, it hard to say whats actual problem. Give me the full working blog demo link.
