Contest $25 Logo Contest (48 hours)

    IMPORTANT: This contest will be run by myself (joshuar) and my co-worker justin (justin hinton)

    My client (Herbaldoc.com) is looking for a logo for their company. This company provides information and sells herbal remedies.

    The contest is for 48 hours or until a clear winner is decided on. Please let me know in the thread if you have any questions.

    NOTE: Please do not PM me during the contest, all entries/questions must be posted in this thread.

    Scope

    - Logo text "Herbaldoc.com LLC" with slogan “Herbal solutions for emotional and mental balance”

    - helps users understand what Herbaldoc is

    - Style: Simple and Easy to read is really important

    - Use a Blue and Green

    - DO NOT use photos of people in the logo

    - DO NOT use tacky americanisations, this is NOT an american company

    - DO NOT use jpegs in the logo. This will be a vector logo.

    *The links below are examples of logos that our client really likes because they are simple and easy to read.

    What we need

    - Logo needs to be in .ai (Illustrator) format immediately after payment

    - should not be in PSD format, please convert it to .ai format.

    - any fonts used need to be included in the source files

    - you should provide an "outlined" version of the artwork

    Closing date of Contest

    Tuesday 18th February 2014 - 11pm UTC

    (We won’t be providing any feedback on Sunday)

    Compact & clear. The first one is the main concept, thus more simple. The second one is developed to represent the symbolism of earth, sky and the biosphere.

    I understand that this logo does not contain much of the criteria you have asked for, but I think that it would fit your client's company well. I did research on competitors and looked into the products that "herbaldoc" sells (used to be an SEO analyst). The company needs a simplistic, clean, green, healthy looking logo. Blue does not symbolize the emotion/feeling a customer has when buying herbal medicines/supplements. I am not trying to offend your ideas or insult your website design, I just think that this logo might suit your business better. If there are small things you would like me to change, I will.
