    Can i link my USO bank Cc visa/Matercard to paypal to sent payments??..Does paypal accept USO bank CC.

    If its a CC, it should work. You can try it yourself by linking it in your Paypal account.

    you can use any creditcard that is valid for payments in foreign currency
    make sure its verified by visa ( password protection) RBI rules

    Any VISA credit card with VBV can be used to make payments in Paypal.
    But in-order to get banks linked to Paypal A/C , the bank branch should have an IFSC code .
