If you're just starting out, you're going to have to being in some of the less prestigious networks. This doesn't mean they're bad, but they may not have direct access to advertisers or they may not have many exclusive offers.

FluxAds (now A2Ads) was great for me when starting out. Some other good places:
    • CPA Prosperity
    • Dandingo
    • MaxBounty
    • CPAPath
    • RevForceMedia
    • 4th Gear Media
    • Adscend Media
When you start building experience (almost like a resume), look into these:
    • Envyus Media
    • PeerFly
    • Neverblue
    • Convert2Media
    • Affillion
    • Wolf Storm Media

I was a complete newbie and I was honest about it.

Show your eagerness and don't try to smoke your way in.

PeerFly is considered Newbie friendly but they are only looking for serious Internet Marketers.

This is a good point, given that it's generally pretty easy to get into PeerFly. @OP, it could help if you gave the reason you were denied by PeerFly. I don't remember if they require a phone call. Regardless, it may be best if you let us know what you're putting on your application, what you're saying in phone calls, etc. so that you don't burn a whole list of novice-friendly networks with bad application info.

Most of the CPA networks are pretty hard to join.

Actually, I have found the networks easy to join and I'm a newbie. Firstly, I was very honest about that and everything else. I always gave the network some time then phoned them about my application, too. And it certainly helped that I belong to the same forum they do. I had developed contacts and they got to know a bit about me, my determination to succeed and my goals.

Don't give up. If you really want into Peerfly, Luke is a terrific guy. I'm sure he could tell you what you need to do in order to have your application accepted.
