    It will get rejected from adsense with the message "Site does not comply with Google's policies" ... its just yet another useless poorly written tech blog that add nothing unique or compelling t the web by parroting what is already available on a zillion other site....not what adsense wants

    This is BS. You have a nice site. If it complies with AdSense policies then you can run adsense on it. If your are writing fresh new content then this IS what Google wants, not some old tech site written in 2007.

    I'm just saying, some sites are complete garbage and they still get approved. Or, they have not been caught yet.
