My website got hit on 4th Feb from Google update. I have lost my 40% traffic in last 3 days. Even traffic from my brand terms goes down. My keyword ranking are down but I am not out of 1st page completely. Previously for one of my search term my 4 pages are ranking on 1st page from 1st to 4th position but now only one page is ranking on 1st page and that is also on 6th position.

This happen with most of my keywords. Few keywords goes down to 2nd & 3rd page.

This is a new website (but old domain) I was getting good number of organic traffic so I was completely focusing on ON PAGE and decided to start OFF PAGE later. But before I could start OFF PAGE activity my website got hit with this update.

It looks like there is a bad backlink... You should use a tool like Ahrefs to check your backlinks and be sure to remove it if you can find it... Send a message to the webmaster! ;)

Share some ideas what you have been doing to promote your website? Seems doing a link profile and content analysis should help.

Changing Domain may be the cause..
You told that you are still receiving good traffic on old domain means what. You didn't remove content from that one or Didn't remove site map for old one.
It may be cause Duplicate content ....

This usually happens because of the bad back links, you need to look down all your low quality back links and then contact the owner of the bad link webmaster to remove your back link, if they removed than that's fine but if they still doesn't remove that bad back link than from the Google Webmaster Tool use the Disavow tool to disavow it !!

Like others said, check your backlinks using Ahrefs or some other related tools. Make your site Google friendly.
