    Cool Man, no one is calling you Scammer. Just have few question come to the mind so they ask it.

    As for someone calling it overselling, well it is but thats not count into scamming, lots of people do it and its totally upto the customer to go for it. :)

    I purchased hosting from him over 36 hours ago and still, no set up. He is hard to contact too =/ Ive requested a refund and I hope that this is just because hes moving his site, if so this could still be a good package.
