    Google webmaster tool is an awesome tool provide by google to check website health and issues. So you can add your site in google webmaster tool and from there you will get the idea that your site is penalized or not.

    I have Google employees even ones that work for search that are friends of mine on Facebook, and even then I can't get any sort of oficial response.id even see them in person and that doesn't help either.

    If you read the thread you would know!!!! You really need to stop spreading misinformation and misleading people.

    (Hint: you only get the reconsideration option when there is a MANUAL penalty; they did not have a manual penalty).

    Okay sorry now that I am up to date, I think I have an idea. I would suggest contacting them in regard for support for the Nexus or another product and then getting them to redirect you to the correct area.

    Yep, no way to contact Google via reconsideration request UNLESS you have a manual penalty.
