Because you wanted me to work first then get paid later. I got suspicious. I write all my own stuff. I don't waste time on spinners since I focus on quality.

Im starting to think the ad for this "service" is the only writing this guy has done. Order placed March 27, paid for, received an email saying it would be 8-10 days for delivery, I responded asking if this was the normal time required and haven't a single word from this guy since... today is the 10th day so time will tell I guess but I am not holding my breath. Another solid example of why payment should never be submitted until work is received.

I've forwarded you one of my responses via email. Thanks for trying out my services. I have a long delivery time because I get a LOT of small 1K orders and I also get 100K word orders and ebooks. Since I am a Native English speaker that writes for .005 US cents per word, you can imagine my work roster gets full QUICKLY. Anyway, I always tell people the turnaround time. The TAT does vary depending on order volumes.

 

Just to be clear, the order was delivered... but not "earlier today" as suggested. Don't make me out to look like the bad guy here, I sent you a message letting you know I would be requesting a refund through PayPal in approx. 6 hours if my order was not received and then a little over an hour later my order arrived in my inbox.

Also, don't BS about doing work for .005 cents on 100K word orders. I tried to order a 6,000 word project from you and you wanted 1.5 cents per word and told me the .005 per word rate only applied to the 1,000 word articles. So that is not an acceptable excuse.

Also, you DID NOT RESPOND TO MY EMAILS, from either of your email addresses. I added both of them to my safe list and checked my junk mail item by item several times daily to see if you responded and you did not.

I appreciate and understand you trying to save face for your little business here, but when you BS and try to make me look in the wrong I will call you out on it all day long. If you actually want to save face for business here on DP the way to do it is to admit you made a mistake, apologize and ensure myself and others it won't happen again, and then make sure it actually doesn't happen again.

If this guy can get his shit together I would consider using him again just based on the low price point, but the lack of communication and wait times you don't find out about until after you order almost make it worth it to use someone who costs a little more but appreciates your business.

 

JUST FOR THE RECORD:

I did communicate with him-I just used another email address because when I got confirmation of his order I was using my mobile phone.

Basically he was asking for 90 separate niche articles and now he says this:

The reason I charge .005 cents per word is I can write out large articles fairly easily. I can't do that when someone orders so many bite-sized pieces that require research.

Anyway, I have refunded him his full $5 after reading his comments.
