fill PDF form with PHP

    Hello,
    i have a form in PDF, this is very long form to create with HTML and can not be 100% copied. My question is, Once i get this form format in PDF file then is it possible to change values of form at different places inside the PDF file?

    Or what is the easiest possible solution to this using PHP?

    I have done a lot of stuff with html forms to pdf files. If you give some more details like link to the pdf form and what you want to change then I am more than happy to help.
