For backlinks you can always use ahrefs. I know there's a good competitor tracker out there, I just can't remember the name lol. I'll update this post when I remember.
Try using the ahrefs for link analysis and for competitor analysis i think you can use Raven tools !!

You need to use all the link checkers to see all of the links to a website. Ahfres is the best one, followed by Moz and then probably MajesticSEO. Ahrefs has all of the data that you need too.

As it is, it's a landslide, ahrefs is without a doubt the best tool to analyze your competitor's backlink profile. As for the keywords, SEMRush is the best IMO.
