Suggestion I want to receive PM from anyone.

    Today I saw a post on my thread saying this:
    I want to receive PM from anyone.
    Everyone must be able to contact me via PM.

    If possible, please change my account settings accordingly, remove such unnecessary limitations on my account.

    I don't have an issue with the people who have zero like.
