You can get traffic from Google Answers by helping people finding answers and solutions to their problem, you can add your link as a source of information. This way you can help a member find his answer by reading a blog post that you have written about the same topic.
I believe if you post a sensible answer to the question and instead of mentioning the same URL every time, you can shuffle the URLs. So, on few answers you can genuinely mention some good articles relevant to the answer (supporting what you posted as answer) and on rest you can again shuffle the URLs of same or multiple websites, this way you can promote multiple website and can also gain some credibility. Once you earn some credibility, you may allowed to repeat the targeted URL frequently.
I checked the history and only two posts were edited. that too not for making it a single post. any other reason?
Google Answers....does it work? i guess very very few people are active on it. do you get traffic from there. if yes, how much?
Yo! Nice suggestion. The perfect link of any article 100% relevant to the question should be used. I will try this out for sure.
Oh my god, I just noticed that I referred to Google Answers! I was talking about Yahoo answers and I don't know how I wrote Google. I have never seen too much activity on Google answers, you will not get the same traffic you will get from Yahoo answers. I use only Yahoo answers.
Just get into level 2 at yahoo answers. And ask or answer questions properly. Try to be helpful if you don't want to be banned. Then as your signature with some details you can leave your link to your website. In some cases you would better not to leave your signature. If you are already helpful and giving attractive answers they just contact you by mail. Then you can have the chance to convert this person with your affiliate link.
You can get a lot of traffic from Yahoo Answers if you are picked as the best answer. Focus on posting informative replies and try and solve people's problems. Then you can put your website as your source. Don't spam though or make it obvious you are there to advertise, as this will get you banned.
effort surely does not seem worth while.... obviously yahoo was setup for Q/a (not for your selfish link building) there are lots of people that answer q/a with no motives of trying to sneak a link in the mix... you will waste your time and effort trying to get past the holy yahoo guards, and end up banned, when you could have probably focused on much easier efforts...
Get reward there by helping people and always answer in your related category or business subjects. then you can also use your link in answer for giving any example website or helpful regarding shopping etc.
Yes, it's not worth your time and effort. Your better off doing something else for traffic. Social media, paid ads, link building, etc.
I've always found the problem to be the competition more than yahoo themselves. In any niche that is competitive, there will surely be competitors reporting your answers with an array of accounts they own and use for voting. Unless something has dramatically changed, it's been like that for a long long time.
i also posted many answers there but my given links are not clickable, can any tell me how to make them clickable?
That would be a great idea and I'm still considering YA (after I was banned a year ago) but I don't think I'll be able to acquire a service. As much as possible I want something for free.
There is no safe way, other than using VPN's and multiple accounts. Even then your answer will probably get deleted.
They are now actually requiring a mobile no. for verification purposes whenever you create a new account.
