Yeah, damn USA funding every problem in the world. If only the USA hadn't developed the AK47, maybe so many terrorists out there wouldn't carry them!

    err..wait a minute:rolleyes:

Of course not but fighting it causes more terror as proven more times than enough.

No kkibak it should be if only the USA hadn't funded the militias in the first place as in such countries like Ireland.

Not that this has anything to do with the subject at hand (or maybe it does), but I tend to think America should have taken-out Russia in world war II. The havoc they perpetuated across the world has taken and will take a long-time to recover from. Russia to this day is one of the hugest undermining countries in arms trade...they continually make friends with our enemies.

I don't necessarily hate them now, but there so invested in old-solviet ways, that I wonder if they'll ever really have a diverse economy and less of a back-stabbing policy.

That's an absolute classic statement as Russia and USA were allies in WW2 from 1941.
We (the British Empire) were slogging it out with Jerry for a couple of years until the USA and Russia came onboard.

Did they teach you history at school Rick? :D

Even Dubya would know that...........Oh wait, he probably wouldn't. :D

For you not recognizing who your friends and who your enemies are. Think outside of Bush. This is bigger.

No shit sherlock. So was Germany to Russia. Shit changes very quickly. In war your allies aren't necessarily your friends.

No, but I learned far more of it on my own.

It was my opinion of what should have probably been considered. I believe Patton was right. Update me when you understand that.

Apparently my point was missed... all countries do things wrong. The reason the USA gets sh*t more than the rest is because we are the one with the most attention at the moment. It's incredibly ignorant to suggest that militias wouldn't exist w/out the USA.

You haven't taught me anything,...you just assumed that I was lacking knowledge. That wasn't the case. ^^^

Because Europe has enough. Enough of people who want to put their noses in somebod else's business.
It should be easy to stay where people are friendly with you, when you are integrated already. It's as simple as that, and few people are still able to understand the concept...

I never doubted that you lacked knowledge Rick, I just thought your comment about taking them out in WW2 rather odd as you both entered the war as allies in 1941.

Haha.... that's a great mentality. Maybe the US should have done that during World War II.

That doesn't sound right. I think the phrase would best be, 'I never assumed'... I don't lack knowlege when it comes to world war II. My friend was hugely into German War-time metals and history... he use to talk for hours about world war II history. ...not that I absorbed everything.

You know we have a history of making allies with our enemies. Roosevelt was a very practical leader, and unfortunately we probably had to be allies with Stalin--a marriage of convience. I'm not sure I agree with Roosevelt's leadership altogether, but he did what was needed (for the most part).

Although I think Patton's reccomendations on pushing the Russians back-in to Russia, should have been considered. I still wonder if Patton was assassinated...yes, that's a conspiracy theory in my mind. Patton's leadership was widely different in direction than Eishenhower's. Patton wasn't the most tolerant of men, but he generally believed in principles that I believed in...but the difference is he was very much a bigot.

Note: The below is just his general view, but it was obviously noted differently to his superiors.

In the World War II, the Soviet Union had a standing army of 10 to 13 million men. They had first class equipment and vehicles (like T-34).
They had more tanks than the rest of the world combined. And they were your allies, and fighting a common enemy.

Are you seriously suggesting the US should have attacked one of its largest allies in world war 2?

I think Rick missed the point buddy.

Without the Russians the US and British forces could have easily lost the war.
Without the US intervention we (the British) could have easily lost the war.
If Hitler hadn't been such a twat by spliting his forces into two I think we would have definately lost the war.

    It's all swings and roundabouts.

The war itself was actually started on a staged attack (another of many false flag operations through history, 9/11 being the biggest in recent history) and as per usual thousands of people died.

Nobody ever "wins" a war at the end of the day. That's a fact.
