    The prompt you are given with the verification instructions will include the file for you. Are you possibly not tabbing out if the domain field (per the instructions on that page)? The system waits for that so it knows you are done entering the domain.

    It doesn't check branding every page view, rather when the plugin is installed and then periodically after that. Give it an hour or so (or uninstall addon and reinstall if you are in a hurry).
