    I think you should have a look at this ... and tell my why crawler should crawl your page ???

    There are a lot of errors I am sure there are some problem with your site map too !! this is why google is not crawling your site !

    Yes, you have to on page seo properly for your page, then only you can go for off page seo techniques.

    yes, you must first look at your on page you are lacking in many prospects so you need to first make sure that proper On-Page is done before moving forward with Off-page activities.
