    if you want the google to add your website to search engine the add your website to google webmaster tool and google will index all webpage on your website, to know if your website is indexed then in google search type site:www.yourwebsitename.com and promoting can be done by social networking websites like facebook or twitter or paid ads like google adwords.

    submit our site in all search engine 2nd get backlinks 3rd share our website in all social networking sites... then do content marketing...

    well, i am not getting what you are trying to ask but i've got a feeling that you want to do promotion of your site on Google Inorganic results, well that can be done easily by running paid campaigns.
