I'd recommend SeoBook, Aaron markets it as an SEO book but its got a whole lot of other good marketing info in there. I think its just been updated so it would be a good time to buy.
The butterfly marketing manuscript is quite good for beginners as well. (notice I said beginners...it's a book with a lot of hype around it but when you get to it..not too bad for newbies)
I also recommend Aaron Wall's book. He hasn't quite gotten the update out yet, it's in final editing. Anyone who has bought will get the update for free.
I am currently reading - Winning Results with Google Adwords - by Andrew Goodman... It's older (circa 2005), but he provides some great background behind how Google, Yahoo, and MSN came up with their PPC advertising, it will give you a good foundation. Eventually you find that you will want to use some kind of PPC to push traffic to your site. Listen to the archived podcasts at webmaster radio - I recommend SEO Rockstars and Net Income - listen for what these guys read and who they interview...some interviewees don't have books, but do publish great tips/info on their blogs. I believe you will actually learn more there. PurplePeeps
Here is one http://forums.digitalpoint.com The pages are not properly numbered but yeah if you don't mind reading it from here and there then it is the best book that you will find for SEO
