    I like the content. But I don't see the BIN being realistic, as the site isn't making any money, correct me if I'm wrong?

    Hi, site made couple of dollars via adsense. Not much to account for :)
    BIN is based on the BIN bonuses (Which are worth over $400 in itself) . Current content on site $500 + wordpress submission costs with images/links/tags/categories total $100 more. Then there's SEO / few quality backlinks we did for the site. Hence, the BIN. However, its little negotiable, you can make me an offer via PM :)
