    Humming bird effect is one of the major update in 2013 aimed at giving better search results in Google instead of mere words.It focus on the uses of exact phrases and more on the underlying meaning. Humming bird is paying more attention to each word in a query, the whole sentence or the meaning.So i suggest you plan keywords according to that for better results .

    I suggest Press Releases. create a Quality content for it. and share it in your business Area with help of social media.
    If any offers & discount on product in your website then create a Free classified ads and share more and more in your local social network websites.
    also you can ask to your existing customers about your products & take a review of related product and you can share it with other people via social Networking sites.

    I know strategy but it'll cost money. It's effective though. Get backlinks from high PR websites but make sure that those high PR websites are relevant to your money site. It'll get you ranking quicker in the search engine.

    There is no such specific off page plan that any one can share with you. We SEO guys first analyze the keywords, competition and your website after that we decide what is better help you. If you think someone is share off page plan and you will follow and gain ranking then i think it is your mistake, not you only all other those are thinking same like that.

    Hummingbird isn't as much about off-page stuff ... it's mostly about the content on your site, so saying you want to do off-page hummingbird optimization is sort of counter-intuitive.
