Looks like your site is penalized. You should find out the reason (Penguin=link spam, Panda=content spam or missing quality/dup content)
From the short look I had, it's probably dup content. With a PR 0 it's hard to trigger the Penguin, or was the PR higher and did fall with the last update because your "unatural" links are devaluated?

If the issue is in the content itself, there is nothing much you can do. You simply need to remove all duplicate content and make sure all new content submitted has its value, relevance and quality. Keep your text very user-orientated so you can be as useful for them, as you want to be for search engines. From there on Google will slowly start to index the new content and in time you will regain some of the lost position. But don't be mistaken - this is not a process that happens overnight, nor it is one that should be neglected.

The only way to recover from Penguin is to remove toxic and low quality backlinks, especially those from article directory websites. The way to do that is to find the links through an investigation into your current link profile. If you don't know what you are doing I would recommend outsourcing this to a company like linkdelete.com

If you watn to do it yourself it is possible but make sure you are only cleaning up the toxic links and not good links! There is a lot that goes into this so make sure you know what you are doing.

this is just not about no-follow link.

i am agree with tycho & monif.

both of them have offered you best solution. Also dont expect to regain your old ranking in few days.
    it will the combination of
your genuine efforts + remove poor links + get rid of dup content + add some value posts to your website

i also advice you to research your linking profile, and request website master to remove those bad links.

    best of luck

Stop trying to get traffic from google. It's not worth it keeping up with all the new algorithms.
