I bought a new website and I want to know everything step by step that ! from where should I start SEO for this one ?

then go for blog commenting --> Web 2.0s...

2) If you can write quality articles, do 1 web 2.0 and press release till your website get Index.
Both options are different for indexing website and getting started with new website.
