    I wanted to know of there are any FREE PR4 and PR5 backlink websites out there? I do not have the money to pay monthly for backlinks.

    Nothing is free in this world. You need give your time and efforts. Participate in guest blogs, Press release sites and article sites of PR4 to PR5 sites. Also focus on other SEO activities for getting quality links.

    google hasnt publicly updated PR for over 7 months and they do not plan on doing so moving forward. whatever pr you may be seeing in some pr checker tool is not accurate. dont worry about focusing on pr. just focus on high quality content and baclinks will follow.

    It's very simple buddy you need to target your niche and search for the same sites which have a high pr and start linking..don't forget the anchor text

    by searching google of course..for exemple your site is about seo, so type in google for exemple : how to improve seo website..google will give you the high ranked blogs in the first page you will find a very high pr blogs in the first page like pr7 pr6...ect then you will do the rest by commenting or guest posting and so on
