    Yes, it takes some time for information to be sent out. We have a huge waiting list and application list. We are a Private Network so the approval process takes time. @netcfo please email me so I can check the status - as I have said multiple times on this thread - for account specific issues please email me.

    @wrekonitz, please tell me when is the usually payment day? In every 15th of the month?

    I reached the minimum amount in October, but I didn't got payment this month. I think it is because it is a bug in my account, the total amount is not showing. I can see my revenues separately for each month (and I can sum them manually :)), but when I want to check the revenues from the data when I started showing your ads and ending with month 9 (or 10, 11), it is showing only the last amount, earned in the last month, not the total earned amount.

    So I think this is the reason why I didn't get payment this month; because when your Payment Department is checking my total revenues, they are always seeing that small amount from the last month, not the total!

    Can you solve this, please?

    You had asked me about this the other day and I emailed you a response, please check your email.

    There is a delay in payments and they have been going out all day and a few more going out today/tonight.

    To current publishers, sorry for the delay. We have had a huge amount of fraudulent activity come across our network since bringing a few DP members in. This means higher regulation and much more due diligence must be done to ensure we are paying out on legit impressions only.

    We do have an issue with historical data - when you pull a report it bases it on today's rates, even though the data range is for a past date. This is why we calibrate immediately at the end of the month to ensure numbers are accurate. We are fixing this issue and will in the next week be releasing a much simpler platform for users to sign in to and see their earnings as well as some new cool features like live chat operators who will be available 24/7 to answer your questions on the spot.

    @OliBoli check your email and email me with any questions I can also confirm (privately what you are scheduled to be paid out today/tonight). Thanks for the feedback and thanks for the follow up.

    First off, welcome to digital point.

    Secondly, I have been emailing you - multiple times trying to get you to confirm some information, but you continually keep sending the same email to myself and to the support team . This morning - after posting this - you emailed me again.

    I will not get into the details on your account in particular in public, but I will say this for all to read and understand. Yes, this month there has been a delay in payments on just publishers who I am the account manager for.

    Why?

    Because a lot of people have recently joined from DigitalPoint - and unfortunately that means that a lot of people try to game/fraud the system. We have caught a large amount of publishers joining and putting tags on un-registered URL's which are nothing but ads, we have had publishers join and try sending bot traffic, we have had publishers join and try sending iframed traffic, we have had publishers join and put 5 ads per page, we have had it all lately, and we are NOT tolerating it.

    So as a way to preserve our network to not only keep payouts as high as possible for our publishers, compliance has been reviewing my accounts before every payment cycle to ensure people are only getting paid a revenue share. Meaning if there is no revenue because you are sending fake/blocked/junk traffic, and you are violating our TOS trying to make more money - you aren't being paid.

    Thats a very fair expectation. If we continue to allow this behavior everyone will suffer - we will get lower quality advertisers, we will get advertisers expecting refunds, we will get lower payouts. We are not willing to allow that to happen and thats why we are a private network and that is why people who are caught doing any sort of fraud or violating our TOS in any way will be banned - immediately, because its not fair to the publishers who do have good traffic, and work hard to help us optimize and maximize their earnings.

    Also - there are times when people think they should be paid - when they didn't hit our min. for payout.

    They have eaten my 800$+ by saying that "you have broken agreement of placing more than 3ads on a page,after the use of 3months
    of their network tags & Yes At the payments Time (not at revenue generating time :p)"

    Let see they Pays legitly or become Scam network 1st time for me :(

    me too. from September 2013 payment time,still don't receive any payment, I asked for my september payment at Nov 2013 again and again and again, then they said that "you have broken agreement of placing more than 3ads on a page,after my use of five months
    of their network tags " and lost patience. now I have stopped work with them.

    I dont know who you are in particular - and we dont discuss individual account issues in public but I can tell you the following...Compliance will regularly check up on publisher accounts randomly to ensure they are following protocol. So here is what happens on our end. "Someone" apply, we might see they have 3 ad placements on their site - ok, that is acceptable. They get their tags, and after reading the TOS they decide to place their tag as a 4th ad placement on every page. So they have 4 different placements from 4 different networks. Then if I end up managing their account people will come to me and complain - why am I earning so little, why am I earning so little. Review their account, I optimize the campaigns running on their site or sites / inventory. I put more premium campaigns on to see how they perform, then they don't perform because when there are too many ads per page the performance per placement goes down, which is why generally when you ad more tags you see the CPM per placement go down. So if an advertiser catches this before we do - they could blacklist your URL, which in some cases means that they serve PSA's, in other cases they want refunds on inventory served after blacklisting, in other cases they just serve blanks and our system has a delay time because we might not always be notified of the situation. When we are notified, we are completely on top of the situation. When we are not notified - then it is a matter of our compliance team catching the issue, which once we have diagnosed the problem, we speak with our publishers right away.

    Again, I won't speak about specific circumstances in public - but as I mentioned when Compliance notifies an Account Manager of an Issue the Account Manager then immediately notifies the publisher. The publisher is given an opportunity to adjust and correct the issue. That's big key here. Accounts are not just turned off, and not paid. The Publisher is Given the opportunity to correct the issue. eWhen a publisher fails to correct the issue after having been told exactly why it is a problem, exactly what the benefits are to them by following our TOS, when the publisher then knowingly decides to violate the TOS - The account is closed.

    Our payment schedule for this month has passed. If you did not get paid it is for 1 or 2 reasons. Min payment balance not being reached. We only payout on balances of $100 or more. The other reason as clearly specified above is TOS Violation (after being given the option to correct the issue).

    This is a very fair process but it unfortunately doesn't work for everyone as greed is a factor to those whom make the decision to violate our TOS.

    Of course you received your payment, you followed the rules. Its my job to keep the accounts I manage as happy, and wealthy as possible within the limits I have placed on me. :)

    This is going to be a very difficult month. The post holiday fall out is kicking in.
