New business name suggestion

Hi Team,

Going to start a new business on coming new year 2014. We are mainly focusing on software product development. Please suggest good name for it.

I like indian name, you can suggest any names.

Are you targeting any specific sector/market for your software products?

 

I'm French Canadian so can't help you with Indian names. Won't Indian name possibly restrict your sales?

Whatever name you choose you should avoid names that end with rr (like: betterr, quickerr, etc.). It's been SOOOO overused.

softin.in isn't taken (I think).
softin.com is under construction. Maybe they'll sell it to you cheap.

I believe that you are thinking about the wrong continent when speaking about "Indians" in this thread.

 

If you can't think of a name for your company maybe you shouldn't start a company. There will be tougher obstacles to overcome than naming something..................

 

i cant see if the guy is american or not, i think there are a few places and business in america have american-indian names.

 

I don't think I can suggest an Indian name but maybe it can be something like E-Soft?

 

I think soft-dev.in will be fine.

If you are targeting only Indian market, I will suggest you to have your domain with .in extension. for example: Indave.in . However if you are launching your business globally, this extension will not be suitable. Even if you have a good name, you should reach out to the people for business growth.
