That was an amazing post! Did you receive any help writing it or did you do it all on your own? At least the spelling was correct, which is surprising considering that it must have been a challenge to see the keyboard through all that cigarette smoke.

I packed up for about 5 months starting May of this year, went to Lanzarote for a weeks holiday and just ONE fag got me smoking again

 

Five months is pretty good, this tells me that you can do it. Do it not only for yourself but for your family who would likely enjoy having you around for a few more years.
Would quitting smoking not make for a good New Years resolution?
