I think 2checkout will be best for credit card payment, they have fraud checking system(Every order will be active after checking payment :) ), that is very important issue for chargeback. Don't worry about their sign up fee, if you are whmcs user you will get a coupon for free sign up.

    Check out Skrill.com
Better than anything, also you can order their premium card for 10.00€ and use it on almost all ATMs :)

I second that Brian, Paypal is very popular in Europe but from my experience Pending balance is the main against. Everything else is fair, correct and professional but that Pending balance is a great time consumer. Specially if you need money in short term.
Anyways as people suggest you should try either 2checkout or Skrill.
Did not use any of those two but this premium card (for a low fee - 10€) sounds amazing. But only if you can use it on all ATMs.

    Cheers!

Skrill gateway fee is high. So I don't recommend Skrill.

Stripe always works, but takes 7 days to clear and go to bank. It allows you to recharge etc. Pretty good payment system. It's what we use other than paypal.

Stripe is only available for certain countries, but if you're from one of the few currently accepted countries then I highly recommend Stripe. There are WHMCS modules for Stripe.

I think that you should not add payza to your site. Because it can be very risky for you. you can use paypal, Egopay, and perfect money they are best online banks.

We have been using https://www.braintreepayments.com/ for a while on neximweb.com and they have been really good. They are based on chicago. They do verify your company properly (you need ein and other things) before they let you use their service, but they have the best support and we have never had problems with them. If you are using WHMCS, there is a unofficial plugin that is completely white label which means there will be no traces of brain tree on your website. The customer will just see Credit Card on the checkout form.

Their fees are pretty much the industry standard 2.9% + 30 cents per transaction. And yes they do support international credit cards.

If you are going to be getting a lot of small transactions, check out http://www.paypalobjects.com/IntegrationCenter/ic_micropayments.html

You should offer both PayPal and credit card to your customers. You may also want to considering taking bitcoin as well.
