AdSense Account disabled (15.000 $ a month)

I am very confused at the moment.

I have a website with 2 million impressions a month.
In april 2011 i started with adsense.
About a half year later i started earning really big money with adsense.
    Over 10.000 $ a month.

Then 2 months ago my adsense account was disabled for invalid activity.
I contacted adsense but they didn't give me an answer i was looking for.

A week ago i opend a new adsense account.
People told me this will not work but i tought i try it, made a new account with the same name (Only a new I.P) and i wasn't banned. So i thought we not try to apply the SAME! website again.

    And that happend?
    2 days later i got this e-mail.

    "Welcome to AdSense!

Your application has been reviewed. Now you need to create your first ad
unit and implement the ad code on your site for the full activation of your
account. Only blank ads will appear at first until the final approval goes
through. Once your site is fully activated, you'll receive a confirmation
email and begin to see live ads."

Wth they banned my adsense account and accepted the website again with a new account?
But that is not the strangest thing.

My new account has also the same address as the old one and today i got a letter with the PIN Code to this address again?

Can anyone tell me what the f* is going on?

I wouldn't start jumping for joy until you get payment into your new account. This is usually where people lose duplicate accounts.

That called fraud. They will ban you very soon. Google also reserve the right to take further action against you beyond just banning the new account. Consider yourself lucky if they don't pursue you further.

Google can be crazy sometimes. I had a problem of clickbombing from Vietnam recently. Thousands of clicks came everyday. I reported it everyday to Google. So, I guess my account was spared, but downgraded heavily, coz I never recovered back to the revenue my sites generated prior to clickbombing.

In the end, I had to block the entire country of Vietnam, which is sad.

Guys... One thing Google notes the following - so keep a check on these::::
    # Mac address of computer (never use the same comp again)
    # Internet - they track the router and modem IP (so change this too)
    # change your address and contact
    # change your website
and then you can work... again

    I hope this helps...

It is not fraud... it is kind of doing business again with Google... fraud is like you are doing wrong thing... so if you do wrong thing google will obviously ban you - but if you have learned from your mistakes that you did and lead to ban - but you want to improve - then this is for giving yourself a second chance!

    I hope it helps...

It is fraud. Google are quite explicit in their terms and conditions that you are not to open a second account. If you open a second account, then that is fraud. They also say really clear that if you do that, they reserve the right to take further action against you. Consider yourself lucky if they only just ban the account and not pursue there other options for you fraudulently agreeing to the terms and conditions.

Which bit of this did you not get? Did they not type it slow enough:

I hope they will not ban you in the future. $10.000+ earning monthly is more than anything.

    Good luck

They always ban for a reason; its may just not be clear in the email they send. They do not want to ban people; they want as many publishers as possible as they earn more, however, if keeping a site or publisher in the ecosystem is not worth it to those that pay, then they remove you. ... if they don't remove sites that provide a poor return then the system collapses as advertisers do not want to pay any more.

They would have had data that shows the behavior of those who clicked on the adverts (whether it was you or not does not matter) were outside statistical norms; that means a poor return on investment for those who pay the money. They don't want sites in the ecosystem that provide a poor return to those who pay for the adverts. Its business. Would you pay for adverts that provide a poor return?

They obviously monitored the account and it changed over time; they have algorithms that monitor the behavior of clicks and if they are outside statistical norms, then the quality of that traffic was providing a low return. I prefer not to use the word "ban"; I prefer to look it as they they choose to no longer buy advertising space off you as the return to those who actually pay the money was poor.

Yes, not all traffic is created equal. Users may click but may not buy. There can be various reasons. In example if you have a popular site for kids they will probably click ads but no one will ever buy anything as they don't have cards.

If conversion of users to sales is low most networks will interrupt low performance accounts. This is covered by their policy.
Conversion to sales may not be automatically monitored as it depends on final advertiser. So it takes some time until some advertises check their analytics and report they paid many clicks that did not convert. If advertisers don't have use for your clicks, the network will no longer buy your clicks.

What type of sites / traffic do you have? Maybe you can convert it in some other way.

ahh no. This is really not good advice. If google has made it clear that they do not want to do business with you, then why keep trying? It will only make things worse, AND you will lose more money. Let say the site start earning again with fake adsense account and after a month you are caught and banned, you lose all money again. But if you instead signup with another advertiser, you might at the end of the month earn money that you can actually keep. IMHO, the sooner you move onto another ad network the better.
I like the way that you phrase that.

I'm shocked that Google would do this if you have a legitimate site. Also, as long as you're not committing click fraud, I'd be surprised if you got banned.
