is there a foolproof way to check for duplicate content/ articles? Like when you pay a writer to write "original" articles, how do you check that the articles are original and NOT spinned or rewritten using software? Is Copyscape reliable for checking? Any other good tool/software or website that are very reliable in detecting duplicate content? Thanks
i would recommend Copyscape.... i've been using copyscape for 2 years or more and I never had an issue with it... and it's cheaper... it can run test for 2000-word article. what i normally do is to run a single test to 4 500-word articles....
when u get any content then u should make a blogs and put this content and go to copyscape.com then u just put u r blog url and u can see your content status. this is the easy and fast way to check duplicate content.....thanks
There is foolproof way to check for duplicate content. We have our very own Google. I always do the same as lots of guest writers write for my blog and its really necessary to keep a check on quality and content. You just have to copy 1 or 2 line from every paragraph and search in Google, if there are duplicate copies,Google will display it for free. This is the most accurate free tool Another way is to check using copyscape but there are many limitations for the free version.
There are various duplicate checker available in market that will help to check the duplicate content.
The way that I use to check articles on copy writing is copy-pasting some parts of the sentences in Google, and that's it.
I agreed with you that is the best way to check the duplicity of the content. Otherwise you can use Viper, this is also a free plagiarism checker.
Use http://copyscape.com/ to scan URLs for duplicate content and http://www.plagtracker.com/ to check plagiarism in text documents. This duo works well for my SEO needs.
These are the tools I prefer the most -Copyscape -Virante Duplicate Content -Plagiarism Checker -CopyGator hope this will help
As other members have mentioned, there's Copyscape to help you spot duplicate content. Before accepting/approving an article submitted to you, make sure to run them through CopyScape first. Hope that helps. Have a good day!
I would have to agree with you 100% on what you said, when it comes to writing quality content and engaging meaningfully with people on social networks. One thing a lot Internet marketers don't understand is that when you take time to create and post while the content to your blog, discussion forum or website alongside taking the time to personally respond to people who leave comments on your social profiles like Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, people silently take that into account when deciding to give you their business. Most importantly, putting out quality content will not only drive traffic from search engines, but also, help a blogger or Internet marketer gain authority while they strive to build and sustain meaningful relationships with everyone they encounter.
You can check all your content with duplichecker - free plagiarism tool. http://www.duplichecker.com/
thanks for the good information about the duplicate content-plagiarism checking site. I may discuss it on the site momentarily.
Just wanted to add a few points of mine to the thread. As a writer, I use Copyscape Premium and I think it's the best because; Easy to use - As Travis mentioned, you can search 2,000 words at a time and it's incredibly cheap. Searching in Google don't work always (even with quotes) and it's tedious copy-pasting couple of lines from each article. If you copy-paste a few lines from one 500 word article 3-4 times in Google a couple of times, you could verify its uniqueness but with CS, you will verify the uniqueness of at least 10,000 words. If you prefer speed and perfection Copyscape is the best. 25-50 bucks of searches lasts for a year for me as a writer so most of you can manage with $5 a year.
